I have found that local owners are very open to changing their menu to please their customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/secureservercdn.net\/192.169.220.223\/942.631.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/food-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-675\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chain Restaurants:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outback<\/strong>: Steak (no butter) \/ sweet potato; fish (no sauce) steamed broccoli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sombreros:<\/strong>&nbsp;naked fajitas (just grill the meat and veggies no butter or oil) the Salsa and guacamole are both compliant<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Texas Road House<\/strong>: Steak (no butter); sweet potato; steamed broccoli; salad with oil and vinegar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moe\u2019s \/ Izzo\u2019s \/ Chipotle<\/strong>: The Bowl (no rice \/ no beans) veggies and chicken or steak. (ask if they have sugar in salsa)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jimmy Johns<\/strong>: Lettuce wrap<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most restaurants with fish or steak can accommodate steak and fish as compliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If worse comes to worse just tell them you are allergic to gluten, soy and dairy\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Local Hot Spots:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spirits:&nbsp;<\/strong>Ask for the \u201chealthy menu\u201d. I made it. I\u2019m proud of it. It works and its fantastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Eddies<\/strong>: Sweet potato or white potato with beef or chicken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Outlaws<\/strong>: Sweet potato or white potato with lean beef or chicken. I am working with them in the next upcoming months to have a complete healthy menu option. Stay tuned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Good People Kitchen<\/strong>: Kate has a case full of options and they\u2019re labeled. You cannot go wrong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Khans<\/strong>: Put your veggies \/ meat in the bowl (no rice or noodles) and bring your own Coconut Aminos for sauce and you are set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Verona\u2019s:<\/strong>&nbsp;Lamb and broccoli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3 Potato More<\/strong>: The Griller add chicken (no butter or cheese)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Embers<\/strong>: There are W30 items listed on the menu<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Saki Sushi:<\/strong>&nbsp;Rolls with no rice and no sauce<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mandarin<\/strong>: Rolls with no rice and no sauce; any entr\u00e9e can be steamed (just ask)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And\u2026 all of you Mi Tierra fans\u2026 They are moving a location to Alexandria and have asked me to help with a healthy menu.
