I told you I love to eat. \u201cLet\u2019s Eat\u201d will be all about that. My food choices, my favorite recipes, my favorite ingredients, what I order at my favorite restaurants, my struggle or sometimes lack thereof with food freedom, websites, but mostly how I use food as a tool and not as a solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beginning tomorrow, January 2, I will be completing 30 days of sugar free, dairy free, soy free, alcohol free, and gluten free eating and drinking. It has been a life changing way of looking at food for me through these last 2 years. I feel better, I sleep better, no more menstrual cramps, more energy, less worry about what am I going to eat, abundance of food choices, clean eating, IT IS MY WAY OF LIFE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeah, yeah\u2026I hear ya\u2026 I can\u2019t!
