{"id":213,"date":"2021-01-22T13:33:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-22T13:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/?p=213"},"modified":"2021-07-06T16:20:45","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T16:20:45","slug":"buffalo-chicken-casserole","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/buffalo-chicken-casserole\/","title":{"rendered":"Buffalo Chicken Casserole"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Personally, I prep&nbsp;on Sunday\u2019s.&nbsp; Making 3-4 meals for the week is plenty for my family of 4.&nbsp; I will say, my children are 9 and do not eat much.&nbsp; &nbsp;This past week, I made a buffalo chicken casserole, a roast, egg roll in a bowl and pesto shrimp with zoodles.&nbsp; Family favorites and delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre plan your snacks as well.&nbsp; Get out those zip locks, cut your fruit, cashews or almonds, or your raw veggies and plan ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grocery shopping!&nbsp; You don\u2019t want to buy too much fresh produce or fruit.&nbsp; It will waste. Buy only enough for that week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those 6 pack abs don\u2019t come with cardio or daily abs alone.&nbsp; &nbsp;You have to actually fuel for them.&nbsp; &nbsp;It takes work in the kitchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your challenge next week is to food prep beginning&nbsp;Sunday.&nbsp; I\u2019ve posted my favorite recipe websites in past posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" src=\"http:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mitzi-buffalo-chicken-2-rotated.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-214\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mitzi-buffalo-chicken-2-rotated.jpeg 480w, https:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/mitzi-buffalo-chicken-2-225x300.jpeg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is one of my favorite:<br><strong>Buffalo Chicken Casserole<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 med spaghetti squash<br>4 tbls ghee<br>2 garlic cloves<br>1 med diced carrot<br>1\/2 med yellow onion, minced<br>1 small red bell pepper, minced<br>1# diced chicken<br>1 tsp garlic powder<br>1 tsp sea salt<br>1\/4 Franks Hot Sauce<br>1 cup paleo mayonnaise<br>2 eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake squash \u2013 microwave for 3 minutes.&nbsp; Cut in half.&nbsp; Olive oil salt and pepper. Face down on baking pan.
