{"id":216,"date":"2021-01-30T13:35:00","date_gmt":"2021-01-30T13:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/?p=216"},"modified":"2021-07-06T16:21:46","modified_gmt":"2021-07-06T16:21:46","slug":"mint-chocolate-brownies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/mint-chocolate-brownies\/","title":{"rendered":"MINT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Flip not Flop<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Someone posted this mint chocolate brownie on FB, tagged me in it and asked me if I could flip it\u2026 WELL OF COURSE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I made the paleo version and brought to a crawfish boil this past weekend.&nbsp; They were a huge hit.&nbsp; Delicious and super moist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ENJOY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MINT CHOCOLATE BROWNIES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"m_-5606788370983985054zlrecipe-ingredients\"><em>Original Recipe:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"m_-5606788370983985054zlrecipe-ingredients-list\"><li>1 box of fudgey brownie mix<\/li><li>2 cups powdered sugar<\/li><li>8 TBSPs of butter softened, like almost melted<\/li><li>2 TBSPs milk<\/li><li>dash of green food coloring<\/li><li>1 1\/2 tsp mint extract<\/li><li>6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips<\/li><li>8 TBSPs of butter<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bake up your brownies. Let cool in the refrigerator for a half hour (at least).<\/li><li>Combine the powdered sugar, milk, butter, green food coloring, and mint extract. Pour over the cooled brownies and smooth out with the back of a spoon. Refrigerate for another half hour.<\/li><li>Melt the chocolate chips in butter in the microwave or a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Pour over the chilled brownies &amp; mint. Tip the pan to make it spread evenly.
