{"id":385,"date":"2021-05-26T15:47:00","date_gmt":"2021-05-26T15:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/?p=385"},"modified":"2021-07-09T14:25:27","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T14:25:27","slug":"chocolate-mousse","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.strongwithmitzi.net\/blog\/chocolate-mousse\/","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Mousse"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Enjoyed the fastest, easiest chocolate mousse with a friend last week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was having lunch with a dear friend of mine and I was about to leave when she asks, \u201cDo you have time for dessert?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HELL YEAH\u2026 I turned on a dime.&nbsp; You all know Mitzi does not say no to dessert.&nbsp; She whips out this little recipe, a blender, and BAM\u2026 We have chocolate mousse with fresh blueberries.&nbsp; It was delicious and just a perfect amount of sweetness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enjoy alone, but it\u2019s much better enjoyed with a friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thank you, Elizabeth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mitzi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chocolate Mousse<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 cups Coconut cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bc cup almond milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bc \u2013 \u00bd cacao powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bc cup maple syrup<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pinch of salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Place all ingredients in a blender along with a handful of ice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blend until creamy<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Top with blueberries, or coconut flakes<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Enjoyed the fastest, easiest chocolate mousse with a friend last week.
