Today, I was craving biscuits. Instead of just following my basic recipe, I added to it. EEEKKKK! They were so ugly. Hold on\u2026 Stay with me the saga continues\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, my basic recipe is\u2026<br>3 cups almond flour<br>1 tsp baking soda<br>\u00bc tsp salt<br>2 eggs<br>2 tbls honey<br>1 tbls lemon juice<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, I did this\u2026<br>3 cups almond flour<br>\u00bc cup coconut flour<br>1 tsp baking soda<br>\u00bc tsp salt<br>2 eggs<br>2 TBLS honey<br>1 &amp; \u00bd tsp coconut oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The consistency was not of biscuit batter. It was slightly more flakey. I packed it into 6 round balls, in a coconut oil greased round stone dish, and popped it in the oven at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. I was skeptical because they were UGLY.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/secureservercdn.net\/192.169.220.223\/942.631.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/biscuits-e1523331103645-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-787\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/secureservercdn.net\/192.169.220.223\/942.631.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/biscuits2-e1523331077424-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-788\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of course, I had to taste one, BINGO\u2026 They were just as delicious. I was amazed. You will see it in the picture.
