I made this for my family and all of them love it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I bought 2 \u2013 3# Chuck roast<br>Rubbed with salt\/pepper and garlic<br>Seared on both sides in a skillet with ghee for about 3 minutes each side<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put in crockpot<br>Add \u00bd cup chicken stock<br>1 jar of pepperoncini\u2019s<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let cook for about 6 hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/secureservercdn.net\/192.169.220.223\/942.631.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/pot-roast-2-e1534990582300-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-858\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/secureservercdn.net\/192.169.220.223\/942.631.myftpupload.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/08\/Pot-roast-1-e1534990537375-225x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-857\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It just melts in your mouth.
