Chili

Aren’t we ready for some cooler temps?  Chili on the stove?  A blanket by the fire?  These Louisiana temps are sweltering in October.  When they cool off… here is your paleo Chili easy go-to recipe from

Chili
2# of ground meat (I use deer)
1/2 of a chopped onion and bell pepper
1 garlic clove
28 oz crushed tomatoes
15 oz tomato sauce
6 TBLS chili powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin

Brown your meat
Sauté your veggies
Blend together
Add all other ingredients
Allow it to simmer
Enjoy!
